Founded in 1997, Sparkling Moments Photography began as a traveling children's portrait studio primarily serving Downeast, Maine.  Following a two year hiatus after the birth of our son, Isaac, my wife, Sue, and I (Shawn) decided to grow Sparkling Moments Photography as much as possible while staying true to our core values of offering a quality product at affordable prices.  The Fall of 2005 saw the emergence of our full service studio in the historic Pearl/Adams Building in the heart of downtown Bangor. 

The outpouring of support from residents as well as members of the Greater Bangor business community left us with the strong desire to give something back.  Sue became actively involved in event planning for downtown through her committee work.  She serveds as co-chair of the Bangor Winter Weekend group and was involved in several other Bangor oriented groups.

Hopefully, on March 1 we will be opening our our new studio space at 21 Rider Road in Brewer. Stay tuned for new products and services as well as a brand new web site.
