How soon are my portrait images posted online after my photo shoot/event?

How can I order after my viewing time period has expired?

You may always schedule an appointment with our studio for viewing and ordering at no additional cost to you.  You may also request that online viewing be extended or images be reposted online for $25.00 per additional week.

What if I want to control who gets to see my images online?

We can post your images to a password protected gallery.

What if I don't have a computer or do not want my images posted online at all?

No problem!  You are always welcome to schedule an appointment for in studio viewing and ordering.  We also encourage this process for those who wish to discuss custom printing options and special wishes.

How long does it take me to get my pictures after I order?

We place orders every Monday evening.  All orders placed by 5 pm Monday will be included in that week's ordering process and should arrive within two weeks from that date.  Orders placed after 5 pm Monday will have to wait until the following week's order.  Requests for ordering outside of the weekly Monday cycle is available for a $25.00 fee.

How long do you save my images for possible future needs?

Our image storage capacity allows us to maintain your images for the lifetime of our studio.
